whats a speed double team team?

lol. anyways the type coverage is great and whatnot. you might need 1 more rain dance tho.

    Electrode @ Damp Rock
    Soundproof
    252 Atk / 48 SpA / 208 Spe

    Hasty
    - Rain Dance
    - Exolosion
    - Taunt
    - Thunder

Is a much more useful set. E-Trode doesn't make good use of T-Wave at all due to its frailty and has much better things to do.

    Starmie @ Wide Lens
    Natural Cure
    252spa,216spe,20def,20spd
    Timid
    - Hydro Pump
    - Thunder
    - Recover
    - Ice Beam

Another poke who sucks with t-wave.

    Raiku @ Life Orb
    Pressure
    252spe,252spa,4def
    Timid

Better coverage, NEVER use the Plates they are poop.

    Bold
    - Leech Seed

Just make this into a sweeper with Energy Ball/Ice Beam/Surf/Rain Dance or Focus Punch (for special walls) @ LO

    Weavile @ Choice Band
    Pressure
    252att,252spe,4def
    Jolly
    - Night Slash
    - Ice Punch
    - Ice Shard
    - Low Kick

Use Ice Shard for DDers and Low Kick as it hits far more power on near anything in OU.

    Crobat @ Leftovers
    Inner Focus
    104 HP / 152 Atk / 252 Spe
    Jolly
    - U-Turn / SuperFang
    - Roost
    - Brave Bird
    - Taunt

Fly sucks. 2 turn moves blow as it gives them a totally free switch in and often set up. The only 2 turn move that should be used in competitive is Bounce Gyarados, Jumpluff and Whiscash. A. Because it gets STAB on 2 of them. B. Cash needs it to get past grass types. C. It has a paralysis chance.

    Comments/changes in bold.

Ok, first problems are you have nothing to benefit from the rain. Ludi doesn't do that with Rain Dish, weee lets outstall our own Rain and be total set up fodder. Rain Teams should be heavily offensive and packed with offensive mons with swift swim. Kabutops, Gorebyss/Omastar, Qwilfish, Kingdra, Ludicolo etc are the best picks + E-Trode basically. You can fit a Supporter in there somewhere too like Bronzong for Stealth Rock but still stay on the offensive with Rain and make most of your team benefit from it.

    https://www.smogon.com/dp/articles/rain_offense <---read plz.

Thanks, Dark Azelf, for taking your time to rate my team; here's what I think:

E-Trode sounds like a nice idea because Thunder always seems to do 3/4 damage and after the fix it'll do something like 2/3 on average, keeping it's two hit kill. And yes, I never do use t-wave.

Recover-Ice beam seems nice, again I never do use t-wave.

I'm happy because my Raiku has Hidden Power Ice! (Or so-says Serebii's calc.)

Ice beam for leech seed sounds good, I only use leech seed against walls, and most of the time that's not the case.

Ice Shard and Low kick sound a lot better than dig/brick break, will do.

    EDIT: Here's my new team

    Electrode @ Damp Rock
    Soundproof
    252att,208spe,48spa
    Hasty

    Starmie @ Wide Lens

    Hasty
    - Rain Dance
    - Taunt
    - Thunder
    - Explosion
    (Faster than Starmie.)
    Seems ok.

    Starmie @ Life Orb
    Natural Cure
    4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Timid
    - Hydro Pump
    - Thunder
    - Ice beam
    - Recover
What the heck is that bad ev spread. Just use the standard. Also since Wide Lens is bad, use Life Orb.

    Raiku @ Life Orb
    Pressure
    252spe,252spa,4def
    Timid
    - Calm Mind
    - Shadow Ball
    - Hidden Power Ice
    - Thunder
Seems ok, though you may wanna use Thunderbolt > Thunder since as you will be Calm Minding, that will outstall the rain and Thunder's accuracy will be a shaky 70.

    Ludicolo @ Life Orb
    Swift Swim
    60 HP / 252 SpA / 196 Spe
    Modest
    - Ice Beam
    - Rain Dance
    - Surf
    - Grass Knot
    (My only not fast Pokemon.)

Use Grass Knot > Energy Ball as all Energy Ball hits harder than Grass Knot is Vaporeon. Use Swift Swim > Rain Suck Dish as its better to sweep rather than outstall the rain. Use Modest and Life Orb for more power and the standard EV spread.

    Weavile @ Life Orb/Choice Band
    Pressure
    252att,216spe,40def
    Jolly
    - Night Slash
    - Ice Punch
    - Ice Shard
    - Low Kick (Pretty much have to watch out for Mawile and Ambipom)
Since Weavile is a little bit metagame weak, use something like Mixed Kingdra here. If you really wanna use Weavile, use LO or Choice Band as Sash is useless with SR everywhere. Also Ambipom is rare and "lol Mawile"

    Dewgong @ Focus Band
    Hydration
    252spd,136hp,120def
    Jolly
    - Waterfall
    - Ice Shard
    - Rain Dance
    - Rest

Ew Dewgong, it sucks so does the item. use Mixed Kingdra if you didn't use it over Weavile or if you do use Mix Kingdra over Weavile, use SD Kabutops or SD Qwilfish here.

Comments in Bold. Hope I helped.

Thanks, Fire Wolf, for taking your time to rate my new team, here's what I think:

Boy you sure love the life orb don't you!

Starmie: I think I'll keep the wide lens, Hydro Pump misses maybe 1 out of 18 times.
Raiku: Yeah, that's why I used to have Discharge, I think I'll try it in battle before I switch to Thunderbolt
    Ludicolo: Will do, thanks
    Weavile: I will band it
Dewgong: I think the incredible exploding sushi sounds fun; I'll try it.
    Quillfish: Will replace Dewgong

EDIT:Here's new new team; this is looking more like a single battle team, not that I mind

    Electrode @ Damp Rock
    Soundproof
252Att,208Spe,48SpA (Faster than all of my other pokemon.)
    Hasty
    - Rain Dance
    - Taunt
    - Thunder
    - Explosion

    Starmie @ Wide Lens
    Natural Cure
    4Hp,252Spe,252SpA
    Timid
    - Hydro Pump
    - Thunder
    - Ice beam
    - Recover

    Raiku @ Life Orb
    Pressure
    4Def,252Spe,252SpA
    Timid
    - Calm Mind
    - Shadow Ball
    - Hidden Power Ice
    - Thunder

    Ludicolo @ Lefovers
    Rain Dish
    156Def,100Spe,252SpA
    Bold
    - Ice Beam
    - Rain Dance
    - Surf
    - Grass Knot

    Weavile @ Choice Band
    Pressure
    252Att,40Def,216Spe
    Jolly
    - Night Slash
    - Ice Punch
    - Ice Shard
    - Low Kick

    Quilfish @ Focus Sash
    Poison Point
    4Hp,252Spe,252Att
    Jolly
    - Waterfall
    - Poison Jab
    - Explosion
    - Rain Dance

Electrode just screams rain dance team. It is also frail an barely any use later on. Try this Uxie set instead:

    Uxie@Damp Rock
    252 Hp/4 atk/4 def

    Impish/Bold
    ~ Rain Dance
    ~ U-turn
    ~ Yawn / Thunder Wave
    ~ Zen Headbutt / Psychic /
    Thunderbolt

You could catch some people by surprise as well as support you team later on.

    Starmie @ Wide Lens
    Natural Cure
    4Hp,252Spe,252SpA
    Timid
    - Hydro Pump
    - Thunder
    - Ice beam
    - Recover

Wide lens=NO. Try life orb or specs or use a spinner set with lefties (so quilfish doesn't get it's sash broken by SR).

    Raiku @ Life Orb
    Pressure
    4Def,252Spe,252SpA
    Timid
    - Calm Mind
    - Shadow Ball
    - Hidden Power Ice
    - Thunder

Nothing really wrong here. Just maybe use thunderbolt over thunder because accuracy or replace calm mind with thunderbolt (in case rain goes away. I would replace thunder instead of CM if it were me).

    Ludicolo @ Lefovers
    Rain Dish
    156Def,100Spe,252SpA
    Bold
    - Ice Beam
    - Rain Dance
    - Surf
    - Grass Knot

Where did you get these evs? Anyway, if you are using rain dish, run a subseed set like this:

    Ludicolo@leftovers
    232 HP/216 SpD/60 Spe
    Calm
    ~ Substitute
    ~ Leech Seed
    ~ Surf / Grass Knot
    ~ Protect / Toxic / Rain Dance

This gives your team more defense and leech seed can give some much needed support.

    Weavile @ Choice Band
    Pressure
    252Att,40Def,216Spe
    Jolly
    - Night Slash
    - Ice Punch
    - Ice Shard
    - Low Kick

Why is this thing even here? I love weavile, but even I know that it is hard to use in today's metagame. Use scizor if you want a revenge killer. It also helps your tyranitar and abomasnow weakness.

    Quilfish @ Focus Sash
    Poison Point
    4Hp,252Spe,252Att
    Jolly
    - Waterfall
    - Poison Jab
    - Explosion
    - Rain Dance

Kingdra works better as a physical sweeper. Try this set:

    Kingdra@Life Orb
    252 Atk/240SpA/16 Spe

    Naughty

    ~ Rain Dance
    ~ Waterfall
    ~ Hydro Pump / Surf
    ~ Draco Meteor

Kingdra has more resistances and higher defense than quilfish. That means that it can set up rain more effectively. This is a mixed set, but you can use a physical set if you want.

Changes in bold. Hope I helped ^^ All of the sets and evs are straight from smogon so they should work well.

I am still open to suggestion!

Thanks, LMPVIII, here's what I did. I used Azelf because I didn't want Uxie to be taunted.

    Raikou @ Damp Rock
    Pressure
    68 HP / 116 SpA / SpD 72 / 252 Spe
    Timid
    - Rain Dance
    - Shadow Ball
    - Hidden Power Ice
    - Thunder

    Starmie @ Leftovers
    Natural Cure
    136 HP / 156 Def / 216 Spe
    Timid
    - Surf
    - Thunder
    - Rapid Spin
    - Recover

    Electivire @ Expert Belt
    Motor Drive
    36 Atk / 252 SpA / 220 Spe
    Mild
    - Thunder (Before rain dies of course
    - Flamethrower (After rain dies of course)
    - Hidden Power Ice
    - Cross Chop

    Ludicolo @ Life Orb
    Swift Swim
    156 Def / 252 SpA / 100 Spe
    Modest
    - Ice Beam
    - Rain Dance
    - Surf
    - Grass Knot

    Kingdra @ Life Orb
    252 Atk/ 240 SpA /16 Spe
    Naughty
    - Rain Dance
    - Waterfall
    - Hydro Pump
    - Draco Meteor

    Bronzong @ Damp Rock
    Levitate
    252 HP / 152 Atk / 8 Def / 96 SpD
    Impish
    - Rain Dance
    - Stealth Rock
    - Hypnosis
    - Explosion

EDIT: The Azelf isn't working out for me too well, so I'm using a Tentacruel, if that fails I'm going back to that Electrode I started with.
EDIT: I finally went with a Zapdos, it's nice. New stuff in bold.
EDIT: Swapped Elective for Raikou, mainly for Blissey, other T-Wavers, or Electric types.
EDIT: Swapped Zapdos for Raikou, it's harder to taunt.
EDIT: I switched Bonzong for Scizor because of my weakness to an opposing Kingdra, I'll just use Raikou or Starmie to take out a +1 Spe Neutral Nature Tyranitar.
