    Suicune@Rocky helmet
    Nature: Bold
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 Defense, 252 HP
Moves: Scald, Calm mind, Rest, Sleep talk

I would replace Rocky Helmet with Leftovers or a Chesto Berry to have a good way of recovery while you are asleep or you want to wake up right away.

    Chansey@Eviolite
    Nature:Bold
    Ability: Serene Grace
    EVs: 252 Defense, 252 HP
Moves: Flamethrower, Toxic, Heal Bell, Soft-Boiled

Chansey doesn't need 252 HP EV's. It's better to have an EV spread like this 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD.
You want to keep Chansey healthy by herself so Natural Cure is a better ability. Heal Bell has 5 PP so you don't want to use it everytime Chansey get's poisoned.
Chansey has horrible SpA so it uses Seismic Toss to deal 50 or 100 HP of damage everytime.
    - Seismic Toss
    - Heal Bell
    - Toxic / Thunder Wave
    - Soft-Boiled

    Greninja@Life orb
    Nature:Timid
    Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Special attack
Moves: Scald(I like the burn chance), Dark pulse, Ice beam, Grass Knot

Greninja should be used mixed right now, that's the only reason it's so powerfull at the moment.

    Nature - Hasty
    EV's - 252 Spe / 202 SpA / 40 Atk
    - Scald
    - Dark Pulse
    - Ice Beam
    - Gunk Shot

40 ATK EV's to get the OHKO against 252 HP Azumarill.

    Talonflame@Charcoal)
    Nature: Jolly
    Ability: Gale Wings
    EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Attack
Moves: Flare Blitz, Brave Bird, U-turn, Swords Dance

Talonflame will probally be spamming Brave Brids, so why Charcoal? Sky Plate or Sharp Beak is an more viable option.

    Charizard@Charizardite X)
    Nature: Jolly
    Ability: Blaze( Tough Claws)
    EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Attack
Moves: Fire Punch, Dragon Claw, Brick Break, Dragon Dance

I should replace Brick Break with Earthquake what can Brick Break kill what Earthquake can't?

Maybe the Bulky DD Charizard X works better.

    Charizard @ Charizardite X
    Nature - Adamat
    Ability - Blaze
    EV's 144 HP / 252 Atk / 112 Spe
    - Dragon Dance
    - Dragon Claw
    - Earthquake / Fire Punch
    - Roost

EV's to avoid the 2HKO by Rotom Wash.

    Serperior@Leftovers
    Nature: Timid
    Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Special Attck
Moves: Leaf Storm, Giga Drain, Hidden Power Fire, Substitute

I would go with Choice Specs on Seperior, you will probally spam Leaf Storm anyway. Ofcourse you can't use Substitute with Specs so Dragon Tail will be a viable option to run over that.

Chansey's base 35 Special Attack means that direct offensive moves like Flamethrower will inflict pathetic damage. It's essentially forced to run Seismic Toss as its lone offensive attack for consistent damage based on level:
    -Soft-Boiled
    -Heal Bell/Aromatherapy/Stealth Rock
    -Toxic/Thunder Wave/Stealth Rock
    -Seismic Toss
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Eviolite
    Ability: Natural Cure

Greninja is way too frail to rely on Scald's burn chance. Not only that, it would also rather have the raw power Hydro Pump provides it should it run a Water STAB. Also, it gained Gunk Shot and Low Kick as OR/AS move tutors; those moves make it difficult to counter; the former is a much easier way to deal with Fairies (Greninja couldn't really do that with its Water moves) and the latter is a more reliable way to hit Heatran and Tyranitar:
    -Hydro Pump/Low Kick
    -Ice Beam
    -Gunk Shot
    -Dark Pulse/Hidden Power (Fire)/Grass Knot/Extrasensory
    Nature: Naive
    EVs: 40 Atk/216 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Protean

U-turn and Swords Dance don't go hand-in-hand on Talonflame, as the former will erase Talonflame's Attack boosts if it's forced to switch out. The move that Talonflame will be spamming the most is Brave Bird, so Sharp Beak or Sky Plate is the preferred item on it:
    -Swords Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird/Acrobatics
    -Roost
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Sharp Beak/Sky Plate/none
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Brave Bird/Acrobatics
    -Taunt/Will-o-Wisp
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 Spe
    Item: Sharp Beak/Sky Plate/none
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Acrobatics
    -Bulk Up/Taunt
    -Will-o-Wisp/Taunt
    -Roost
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/252 SDef/8 Spe
    Item: none
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -U-turn
    -Steel Wing/Tailwind
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Gale Wings

Though Brick Break benefits from Tough Claws, it doesn't let Charizard X do anything useful with it; Chansey is still hit harder by Flare Blitz for example. Earthquake or Roost is preferred in the last slot to hit Heatran or Mega Diancie harder or to recover health, respectively, as Fire + Dragon has good coverage together.

Serperior is walled by Dragons, currently, so use Dragon Pulse over Substitute.
