    What do I think? I think its pretty bad.

    Iron Tail has horrible coverage and hardly ever hits the oppoent. NEVER use.

    You didn't post your EVs correctly. There has to be HP EVs in there.

    Brave shouldn't be used since even the pokemon with the lower speed stats will still be able to outrun some pokemon.

    Swampert doesn't need Waterfall, its got Earthquake

    Stone Edge/Ice Beam/Ice Punch/Avalanche with Earthquake is really enough. Curse and/or Rest and/or Stealth Rock
     
    No, Torrent rarely activates anyway due to rest. Nature is a slight reasoning, Swampert's Impish. Earthquake gets Stab and MORE power, destroying Nature.
     
    yea, I'd keep waterfall since it's stab and has a decent amount of supereffective and neutral coverage.

    Curse would be nice if you can set it up, just keep in mind that skarms can whirlwind you out, and better yet, be able to take a hit if you're 1x cursed. Hazers, too.

    you'll definitely want the stab move, and then another move to cover what's resistant to water... don't do the speed down nature since you have a chance of being faster than pokes like snorlax, which is nice if both of you are setting up curse.

    you don't want to depend too much on torrent... if it activates after you've put a couple curses down, a special move can still destroy you, and can be guaranteed first hit since you've lost out on speed.

    Stone Edge and Ice Beam/Ice Punch/Avalanche already makes it viable enough for attacking moves. It needs space for Curse/Rest/StealthRock/Roar

    Not to mention a stronger STAB than Waterfall.
     
    It works, I came across a fellow in Smogon using a Roar set, it obliterated me after trying to attempt and shoot an Energy Ball after switching.
     
    I use the following set. My swampert is shiny so i couldn't breed for egg moves or nature, but i think its ok

    200HP 152 Att 152 Def
    EQ- Good stab and type coverage
    Waterfall- Another stab, covers options EQ does
    Avalanche- More type coverage
    Protect- Scouts for grass moves
     
    Hmm, a Brave Cursepert is a killer on a Trick Room team, I know that luckyCHARMS uses a cursepert and it was a beast.
