Use something similar to 192 HP / 76 Spd / 240 SAtk. You'll prolly be better of with Ice Beam ocer Thunderbolt.

If you're gonna use Fire Blast, you're gonna need a Few SATK evs. I don't reccoment it so use Earthquake or Curse over Fire Blast and change the Nature to Careful. IT doesn't need that much defense, as physical attacks still hit it pretty hard. 204 HP is all you need for max lefties. Snorlax's attack isnt high enough to work on its own so make sure you put more Atk EVs in as well.

If ur using 196 HP, use 252 Def plz. It doesn't need nearly that much attack so put a few more into spd as well. Substitute is ok on Skarmory, but doesn't serve as much use as rest or Taunt. use Rest over Sub

I know you wanna outspeed Weezing with those EVs, but it takes 176 Spd EVs to do that anyway =/. go 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SAtk IMO.

CBgross and CBHera does a nice amount of damage to this team, as well as some other physical sweepers, despite Skarmory's presence (it cant take hits forever). I suggest Salamence or Gyarados over Dugtrio.
