Rate My Team! 8D

Yeah...I don't really know how to make a team. I don't pay enough attention. XD So, I would really like some help with my movesets for my Pokemon. I'm more of a "run in shooting" type of gal than someone who uses status effects. And I could really use some advice on some items to use. I don't really want to change any of my Pokemon...except for maybe my Floatzel.
