Leading with BellyZard is useless and most leads in OU will just shut you down. Using Charizard outside of the lower tiers probably isn't the best idea anyway ;x

I don'e see why you need both Gengar and Alakazam either, especially since Zam is massive Pursuit bait for Tyranitar, even more so when it's choiced.

No Stealth Rock either, which is a sin really. I'd switch out Charizard for a more reliable lead, there a bunch to chose from that can set up SR. You lack a dragon resist so Skarmory might work, or Forretress if you want to set up Spikes/T-spikes. Both can help deal with Salamence/Flygon/ect. to an extent.

So swith skarmory in for bellyzard skarmory move set should be some thing like: -roost
    -Spikes or stealth rock
    -Whirlwind
-Drill peck maybe brave bird (recoil may make brave bird unfavorable to me)
and for evs probally maxed out in hp and The rest in def and a lil in speed.

and Now what should take the place of alakazam maybe a physical sweeper like heracross?

    Skarmory

Stealth Rock should always be used over Spikes. Anything that is immune to Ground...mainly Flying types are also immune to Spikes. Nothing is immune to Stealth Rock.

I'm kinda of wondering why you are not using Porygon-Z over Porygon2

It's better...but Blissey/Snorlax will wall you all day long if Heracross falls. I'm not really sure what can make it better though.
