So, I'm going to Otakon for the first time this year, hopefully going to get into some Pokemon battles, so I need to be prepared.

    Here we go.
    I have.

    Gallade - Lax Nature - Psychic/Fighting
Moves: Psycho Cut, Close Combat, Stone Edge, Leaf Blade.
All physical, since its Attack stat is 307.

    Charizard - Quirky Nature - Fire/Flying
Moves: Seismic Toss, Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Fly
Average Pokemon. No stats are affected by its Nature.

Leafeon - Sassy Nature - Grass
Moves: Grasswhistle, Leaf Blade, Sunny Day, Giga Drain.

It's speed is fairly low compared to my team, it has 203 speed.
If you know of a better Grass Type to use let me know.

    ( I have a Jumpluff and Venusaur, but the Jumpluff is a Grass/Flying so Ice = x4 )

    Frosslass - Lonely Nature - Ice/Ghost
Moves: Water Pulse, Ice Beam, Shadow Ball, Psychic.
    Speed is 280 :D

Electrivire - Impish Nature - Electric
Moves: Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Strength, Thunderbolt
    Ability is Motor Drive FYI.

    Skuntank - Rash Nature - Poison/Dark
Moves : Sucker Punch, Dig, Toxic, Flamethrower

I've considered swapping Skuntank for my Slaking many times.
I would if I could teach my Slaking Giga Impact, but he can't learn it?

My Jumpluff is Brave Natured and knows Cotton Spore, U-Turn, Bounce and Bullet seed.

Venusaur knows Sludge Bomb Giga Drain Sleep Powder and Frenzy Plant.
    It's sassy ;P

Okay, for an in game team, this may not be terrible, but for competitive, there definitely needs to be tweaking.

First off, with Gallade, you provide almost no type coverage at all. I would use this set:

    Gallade @ Choice Scarf
Ice Punch (For Flyers and Dragons. Better than Rock Slide.)
Night Slash (For Ghosts and Psychics)
    Close Combat (STAB)
    Psycho Cut

    Provides more Coverage.

    Charizard @ Salac Berry
Air Slash (Special Atk/STAB: MUCH BETTER than Fly!)
    Flamethrower/Fire Blast
Endure *Drops to One HP and Activates berry- Speed Boost and Blaze - Flamethrower Boost
    Roost

    Leafeon @ Leftovers
    Substitute
    Curse
    Wish
    Seed Bomb

    Froslass @ Choice Specs
    Ice Beam
    Shadow Ball
    Thunderbolt
    Trick

    Electivire @ Life Orb
    Ice Punch
    ThunderPunch
    Cross Chop/Brick Break
    ThunderWave

    Skuntank @ Black Sludge
    Toxic
    Sucker Punch
    Poison Jab
    Explosion

This still provides you with no one to do rocks or anything, but it's more balanced than previously. I hope I helped!
