    Hi I'm Dude4552. This is my first compeitive team. Please give me the harshest criticism you have. thanks:D Need Reccomendations for a 6th team member.

    What bugs me is Salamence. Specs Mence sucks.
    If you want a good Special Sweeper that doesn't have Ice Weakness, I suggest Porygon-z. Give it Choice Scarf and 263 Speed (or maybe 264).
    And you're team only has 5 pokémons.
    And Dragonite kinda sucks, but it can work well after receiving some boosts from Ninjask.
     
    Specsmence is one of the most effective mences. 300 powered Draco Meteor... and that sucks???

    No Dragon Dance if your gonna Outrage, give Nite a Choice scarf.

    It's workable. Relaxed instead of Impish to fully ensure that you attack last with Avalanche. Needed Sp. Defense EVs too.

    SpecsMence is far too expected, but whatever. HP Electric to throw off Gyarados.
    And stop being lazy and get Hydro Pump >:o

    242 Speed should be its maximum if ran with Adamant.

    EVs: 172 HP / 40 Atk / 120 Def / 176 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Curse
    - Rest
    - Crunch / Earthquake / Return
    - Earthquake / Return / Crunch
    As for those last 2 attacks, pick them however you want. Crunch + Earthquake to cover both Ghost and Rock, or Return somewhere for STAB.
