I built this team as a result of everyone's help and advice. I'm sure there are still a few things to be worked out (I.E. Swampert's fourth move...) but I'm starting to feel decently confident with this team.

So how does this look? And how can I continue to make it better?

    My Water Pokémon Team:

    Rain Lead

    Relaxed Nature (+DEF, -SPE)
    - Rain Dance

    - Protect? Surf? Earthquake?

    Swift Swim Mixed Sweeper

    Swift Swim Special Sweeper
    Ludicolo (M) @ Life Orb

    Modest Nature (+SP.A, -ATK)
    - Rain Dance
    - Surf
    - Energy Ball
    - Ice Beam

    Dragon Dance Physical Sweeper
    Gyarados @ Life Orb
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 252 ATK/4 DEF/252 SPE
    Jolly Nature (+SPE, -SP.A)

    Rapid Spin Support

    - Rapid Spin
    - Surf
    - Thunderbolt
    - Recover

    Wish Support
    Vaporeon @ Damp Rock
    Ability: Water Absorb
    EVs: 188 HP/252 DEF/68 SPE
    Bold Nature (+DEF, -ATK)
    - Rain Dance
    - Wish
    - Protect
    - Surf

So what do you think? Thanks again in advance!

Looks so much better than before! Congratulations, and props on listening to most advices. (:

For Swampert, though, it's not a very good Rain Dance user. You already have it in three other Pokémon, there's no need to worry with that. As for the move choice, if you do drop Rain Dance, using any combination should be fine (Surf/Protect, EQ/Protect or EQ/Surf). Protect lets you scout for Metagross' and Azelf's Explosion, but going with Surf makes you useless against other Water-types and going with Earthquake gives you trouble against Skarmory, Brozong and some others. It's purely on personal preference, really.

As for Kingdra, I'd suggest another set- while the Rain Mixed Sweeper is a great set, your team has no way to deal with Scarf Latias, as even in the Rain it outspeeds Kingdra. So going for a pure Physical set could prove to be more useful- maybe even a Double Dance set with both Rain Dance and Dragon Dance, Waterfall and Outrage. Latias really runs through this team so you should be extra cautious when facing her, though.

Your other Pokémon are fine, anyway. :3 I guess you just need some playtesting now.
    Good luck!

Devilicious, you are so helpful. And you ROCK! Hardcore. Thank you for all of the advice! :)
