    hey im not really good at Pokemon battling, but im trying. pls rate my team and anything you think i should change. tips and advice would be great. thank you :D

    Alakazam is a bit too frail to pull off a TrickOrb set. It's best off as an all-out attacker:
    -Substitute/Calm Mind
    -Psychic/Psyshock
    -Shadow Ball
    -Focus Blast
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
    Ability: Magic Guard

    Lanturn lacks STAB attacks whatsoever, which hurt. A special tank set could help here:
    -Scald
    -Ice Beam
    -Thunderbolt/Discharge
    -Heal Bell/Thunder Wave
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 40 HP/192 Def/100 SAtk/176 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Volt Absorb

    or
    -Thunder Wave/Discharge
    -Confuse Ray
    -Surf
    -Ice Beam
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 40 HP/192 Def/100 SAtk/176 SDef

    Snorlax isn't a good RestTalker unless it's using Whirlwind with entry hazard support. Spiritomb can fill in for it due to its lack of weaknesses:
    -Calm Mind
    -Dark Pulse
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers

    For Gallade, you can give it Trick over Earthquake to screw over walls. You can also mix and match the last 2 slots in its set to deal with threats your team has a hard time with, as seen here:
    -Close Combat
    -Trick
    -Ice Punch/Stone Edge
    -Zen Headbutt/Night Slash
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

    Use Double-Edge instead of Toxic on Staraptor and give it Life Orb. Sure, it'll die quicker, but it'll have some form of neutral coverage other than Brave Bird. It's also a bit frail to use Toxic effectively.

    Why doesn't Porygon-Z have Tri Attack? Without it, Adaptability is useless. Use this instead:
    -Nasty Plot
    -Tri Attack
    -Dark Pulse
    -Hidden Power (Fighting)/Substitute
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
    Ability: Adaptability
     
    I'd say thick fat over immunity since your gonna rest anyway and why no STAB on porygonZ? other then that looks pretty good
