Ok I tought my old team was good enough till i realised i had no strategy.
So I thought of a new one and here it is.

Toterra - Modest (It's not going to use atk just SpAtk)
    Item: ???
    EV's: 252 SpAtk
    100 Def
    100 SpDef
    58 Hp
    Moveset: GigaDrain
    Leafstorm
    Safegaurd
    Roar
Strategy: Safegaurd protects the team from status problems, Giga drain heals, roar incase I dont like the pokémon im up against and leafstorm to well how can i put this... KILL THEM!

    Blissey - Bold
    Item: Leftovers
    EV's: 252 HP Can't remember the rest -.- lol
    Moveset: softboiled
    Stealth rock
    Ice beam
    Siesmic Toss
Strategy: Well kinda easy to see. Softboiled to heal, steal rock to injure pokemon as they come out, Ice beam incase of a Garchomp or something, Siesmic Toss because everyone else has siesmicc toss.

    Milotic - Modest
    Item: Leftovers
    EV's: 210 Hp
    200 Def
    78 SpAtk
    Moveset: Ice beam
    Sleep talk
    Rest
    Surf
Strategy: Rest for healing, sleep talk while resting, Ice beam incase of Garchomp, Surf for everything else.

    Gengar - serios
    Item: ???
    EV's: 210 SpAtk
    215 atk
    50 HP
    25 Speed
    Moveset: Hypnosis
    Dream Easter
    Focus blast
    Focus punch
Strategy: Hypnosis + Dream Eater = Healing
Hypnosis + Focus punch = time to charge up the focus punch
Focus blast just for a backup atk
Plus people think the old substitute focus blast trick

    Charizard - Modest
    Item: ???
    EV's: 252 SpAtk
    100 Def
    100 SpDef
    58 Hp
    Moveset: Roost
    Toxic
    Roar
    Flamethrower
Strategy: Roost to heal, Toxic poisen them, Roar incase i dont like what im up against, Flamethrower to atk with

    Garchomp - ???
    Item: Choicespecs
    EV's: 150 atk
    150 SpAtk
    150 def
    50 SpDef
    10 HP
    Moveset: StoneEdge
    flamethrower
    Draco Meteor
    Swagger
Strategy: With choice specs, draco meteor will pwn!!! Swagger will confuse the opponent.
Flamethrower because skamory and lucario are kinda OU. Stone Edge because of high critical hit ratio.

So tell me how i can improve and items i can use.

Terrible team. Im sorry but the natures/movesets are terrible. You tried to make torterra into a special sweeper and the only special move move that Garchomp should know is fire blast. Milotic needs bold nature and Charizard with roost and toxic is just plain stupid. Go look up base stats on those pokemon and come back. The only movesets that are correct are the standard blissey/sleep-talking milotic movesets.

Make the Natures Naive, give it Fire Blast. And now call it Richard steels' set.

Ok thanks for the advice i'll look at the moves it can learn

edit: For Torterra i was thinking
    -Earthquake
    -Crunch
    -synthesis
    -??? not sure

Edit2: Maybe safegaurd so my party is safe from status problems or stone edge for high critical hit ratio.

    Replace Synthesis with Leech Seed.
