You should know by know that Hyperbeam, Giga Impact, Hydrocannon moves are weak and n00bish. As for Outrage, a 120 Power is nothing to pass on, even for one little switch in at the end.

It could be better, but it's pretty decent. Watch out for that boltbeam weakness, because it's rather big.

anti-pop, stop wasting Blissey's EVs in Defense, it won't be able to take any hits from it, and its meant to be a Special Wall anyways. You'll just switch in if you run into a physical sweeper.

You can always do that, I just like bold blissey. It can wall special hits fine, so wh ynot up its weakness a little? You never know when a surprise physical attack comes, and blissey needs to be able to take a hit. With 714 max HP, I think Blissey could do fine with those EVs, but Calm and sp. def. EVs is fine also. I prefer bold, but it's a matter of personal preference...and the rest of your team.
