Please rate and give me advice on my team.

    Magnezone Focus Sash
    Modest
    Thunderbolt
    Thunderwave
    TriAttack
    Flash Cannon
Magnezone is my lead.He traps Skarmory,Scizor and any other steel types .If I sense earthquake ,I might stay in or swap out for Staraptor depending of the foe.

    Staraptor Choice Scarf
    Adamant
    Brave Bird
    Close Combat
    Return or Quick Attack
    U Turn

    Vaporeon Leftovers
Modest (working on getting calm or bold)
    Surf
    Ice Beam
Aqua Ring (until I get Wish)
    Protect

    Spiritomb Wide Lens
    Bold
    Calm Mind
    Taunt
    Dark Pulse
    Hypnosis
Spiritomb has actually kill alot of pokemon with this moveset thanks to his defenses .I want to put in Pain Split but I don't know what move to replace.

    Ambipom Life Orb
    Jolly
    Fake Out

Please rate and give me advice on my team.

    Magnezone@Leftovers
    Modest / Timid
    Thunderbolt
    Magnet Rise / Metal Sound
    Thunder Wave
    HP ICE

Magnezone is my lead.He traps Skarmory,Scizor and any other steel types .If I sense earthquake ,I might stay in or swap out for Staraptor depending of the foe.

Magnezone isn't a good lead. Tyranitar, Weavile, Gyarados (EQ), Hippowdon leads will all mawl you. Leftovers please, Focus Sash is null here. HP ICE hits Garchomp when you swtich this in for taking Outrage hits, Magnet Rise with Timid allows you to outspeed Metagross and ignore Earthquake.

    Staraptor@Choice Scarf
    Adamant
    Brave Bird
    Close Combat
    Return
    U Turn

This should be your lead. Intimidates leading foes that annoy you, and you can U-Turn on Weavile and T-Tar leads, just as an example.

    Vaporeon Leftovers
    Bold
    Surf
    Wish
    Baton Pass
    Substitute

Vaporeon passes gigantic substitutes to others in your party, and provides very nice wish support. Bold please here.

    Spiritomb@Leftovers
    Careful / Calm
    Pain Split
    Hypnosis / Will-o-Wisp
    Sucker Punch / Pursuit
    Shadow Ball

Spiritomb has actually kill alot of pokemon with this moveset thanks to his defenses .I want to put in Pain Split but I don't know what move to replace.

Well I cannot see how it was, but w/e. Pain Split is needed here most certainly. Careful or Calm please.

    Ambipom Life Orb
    Jolly
    Fake Out
    U turn
    Shadow Claw
    Double Hit

My Weavile,Starmie and Gengar killer.I might replace him for Infernape.

Is outsped by Weavile and Gengar, and speed ties with Starmie. That isn't what you say though... I'm not common with Ambipom, so I'll leave it.

    Donphan@Leftovers
    Impish
    Earthquake
    Ice Shard
    Stealth Rock
    Rapid Spin

The moveset is fine, but you aren't meant to be using it for attacking. Impish please and Leftovers over...Muscle Band.

Next time, could you please post EV's? That way it is far easier to give a decent rate.

Choice Specs Gengar Massacres you, and Scarf Varients outspeed everything and may still be able to OHKO everything you have. (Other than Spiritomb)

You lack a Special Wall, so basically, you fall to almost any special attacker. (cough*azelf, gengar*cough)

I think TS summed it up. This team is gengar bait. Item/Nature choice is also bad, spiritomb isnt meant to "kill a lot of pokemon", its meant to wall them. Same goes for vappy and donphan (To an extent), they are defensive pokes and should have natures to match. Wide lense just for hypnosis is a waste, spiritomb needs lefties anyway. Oh and about magneton leaving, I have NEVER seen a steel type lead. I have however seen a TTar lead, and he says hi to you.

I'd suggest new sets but TS seems to have hit it bang on, except sprirtomb NEEDS WoW in my opinion. Sucker punch is also favorable but you're likely to get set up on, so make sure you predict properly.

Also, post EV spreads next time

Ambipom outspeeds Gengar and MIGHT be able to OHKO with Shadow Claw. MIGHT be able to.

But that's assuming he EV trains, but seeing that he hasnt posted them Im not convinced he can. But yeah, assuming that he can EV train and maximum IVs on all pokes concerned, it would do a minimum of 97%

Scarf Gengar kills it, as does Sash, and it doesn't really matter, as it isn't reliable. It cannot switch into Gengar, and nothing else can, so he still has an issue. Infernape doesn't help much on Gengar either...
