    so this is a ubers team then since you have salamance and garchomp??? then alot of your pokemon are just plain outclass and the double dragon thing worries me as you have two pokemon with a weakness to dragon and ice and now that i think about it a sp atking infernape like i carry on my ou team sometimes with hidden power ice would aweep through your team koing fross,and porygon with fire atks or fighting koing your dragons with hidden power and just brut force illing your polywhirl with close combat
     
    This is VERY bad. You need to consider looking at how other people build teams and try to emulate better.

    I got a major feeling of randomness that didn't really fit to any strategy.

    Uh, lots of fixing here. this Warrior team would be easily beaten.

    Frosslass: Ice beam, ice shard, hail, blizzard would be better. Even swap in a calm mind or something

    Salamence- ouch. Aireal Ace, <-less power, yet, an opponent casn switch in to a fly resilant poke and you are owned. - out rage, dragon dance, flamethrower

    porygon z- discharge, recover, triattack, and maybe hyper beam, or a special attack

    Bronzong- iron defense, amnesia, gyro ball, safeguard
    garchomp-dragon claw/ outrage, earthquake bulk up, or dragon dance / and maybe the flamethrower

    the poli needs work too, mind reader, dynamic punch, bulk up, and a move or your coice. Over all. 2/10, not balanced, ubers, and overused, no good movestets either.

    i would say reflect and light screen not irondefence and amneisa you wont have time to set up at all becuse they will switchin somthing to kill you and not safe gaurd either go with explosion no flying stab is useless on salamnce its the worst stab thier is go with somthing else like earthquake to cover steel types ariale ace of fly are both usless and for the last move on porygon go with dark pulse

    Ice Beam is a much better STAB than Ice Fang, as Beam's more accurate. Thunderbolt+Ice Beam completes the famous BoltBeam combo, which always gives excellent coverage. Water Pulse hits your Fire and Rock weaknesses, and Ominous Wind can raise your stats.

    Tri-Attack

    You need a STAB move and Tri-Attack is the best you've got. Add Ice Beam in addition to Discharge to provide more coverage. You can get Ice Beam at the game corner. It's a bit pricey, but worth it.

    Not too bad here, although Faint Attack or Payback would be a better second move.

    Zen Headbutt

    Dragon Claw is a far better STAB than Dragonbreath, and you can teach it Fire Fang via Heart Scale. Fire Fang hits Steel types that resist your other three moves.

    Garchomp(Chomp)[Sand Veil]
    Moveset:
    Dragon Claw
    Fire Fang
    Earthquake
    Brick Break/Swords Dance

    Fire Fang > Flamethrower due to your higher Atk stat. Again, teach it via heart scale. As an alternative to Brick Break, Swords Dance can be used to give your Atk a boost. It can make Garchomp a more effective sweeper.

    Poliwrath(Poli)[Water Absorb]
    Moveset:
    Waterfall
    Hypnosis/Substitute
    Rock Slide
    DynamicPunch

    Your Atk is higher here, so Waterfall > Surf. Rock Slide is also a decent move that hits your Flying Weakness. Substitute is also an option over Hypnosis and might be more effective. Sub on the first turn, then use DynamicPunch after subbing. Not sure how much luck you have with Hypnosis.
