The rain that Politoed brings hinders Chandelure's Fire STAB. Also, your weather seems to be all over the place. I'd recommend Greninja over Politoed because it hits harder and faster than Politoed can:
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Dark Pulse
    -Ice Beam
    -U-turn/Hidden Power (Fire)
    Nature: Hasty/Timid
    EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    or
    -Spikes
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Dark Pulse/Ice Beam
    -Hidden Power (Fire)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

Aromatisse's main selling point is the fact that its status moves can't be blocked by Taunt thanks to Aroma Veil:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Moonblast
    -Aromatherapy/Toxic
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/240 Def/16 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Aroma Veil

Another Fairy to consider is Sylveon, because of its higher Special Attack and better special bulk:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Moonblast
    -Shadow Ball/Hidden Power (Fire)
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Calm Mind
    -Moonblast
    -Shadow Ball
    -Hidden Power (Fire)
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 252 HP/252 SAtk/4 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

Substitute Chandelure should use Speed investment. You don't have any Rapid Spinners on the team to remove hazards from the field. You already have a Ghost Pokemon in Trevenant, so I'd replace Chandelure with something like Mandibuzz, who can use Defog to clear away hazards. Mandibuzz may share an Electric weakness with Greninja, but you have Trevenant and Venusaur to cover that weakness at least:
    -Foul Play
    -Defog
    -Taunt
    -Roost
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/136 Def/124 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Overcoat

Hidden Power Water on Sun Venusaur is a waste. It's also the only Pokemon who benefits from the sun. Sunny Day should only be used on teams that can benefit from it:
    -Giga Drain/Power Whip
    -Sludge Bomb/Sleep Powder
    -Earthquake
    -Synthesis
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Venusaurite

    or
    -Giga Drain/Leech Seed
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Synthesis/Protect
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SAtk
    Item: Venusaurite

You're overlooking the fact that Trevenant has 110 Attack. It's rather decent and you're putting it to waste. Forest's Curse is very situational as well, since it simply adds the Grass type to the target, rather than replacing the opponent's current type:
    -Wood Hammer/Horn Leech
    -Earthquake/Rock Slide
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Rest
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/140 SDef/116 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Lum Berry
    Ability: Natural Cure/Harvest

    or
    -Substitute
    -Leech Seed
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Phantom Force
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/140 SDef/116 Spe
    Item: Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Harvest

Smeargle should NEVER use offensive moves because its 25 offenses are too weak to make use of the many offensive moves it gets. I also noticed that Gale Wings Talonflame can rip through this team, so having a check to it like Wash Rotom helps immensely (over Smeargle of course):
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Rest
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Chesto Berry

    or
    -Volt Switch
    -Discharge
    -Hydro Pump
    -Hidden Power (Ice)
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 232 HP/56 SAtk/220 Spe
    Item: Assault Vest

    or
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Trick/Thunderbolt
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

If you're still desperate for Stealth Rock, Tyrantrum is your best bet for now, since it resists Talonflame's STABs:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Head Smash/Stone Edge/Rock Slide
    -Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake/Fire Fang
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash/Life Orb

As Platinum said, and if you're using Smeargle, you'd be better off switching to Magic Bounce Espeon when they lay hazards than using a Smeargle. (<< Has worked for me well a few times actually) There's plenty of ways to kill him before he lays even one hazard. Let's just say Smeargle sucks that much.

While Smeargle is frail, it is not that bad of a pokemon. Its base speed is somewhat decent. I've found that the best set for smeargle is

    Smeagle
    @ Focus Sash
    Jolly
    252 HP/ 4 Def/ 252 Speed

    Spore/Magic Coat
    Stealth Rock
    Sticky Web
    Spikes/ Fake Out

Due to the fact that Smeargle can learn any move in the game you can go all out on entry hazards with him. Spore lets him set up on the opponent and the sash lets him survive to get another set up.

Fake Out + Magic Coat make it a sort of anti-lead

EDIT: I am a big fan of Bulky Rotom-W so i would suggest going that route, as PlatinumDude mentioned.

Also, Politoed does not need two water STAB moves. If you do chose to take out Smeargle then Politoed can make use of Focus Blast or Protect in that slot

I would agree with Opitatertots on this one. You're probably better off switching out Smeargle for another Pokemon that can lay entry hazards, since it is considerably weak. While the Focus Sash can let Smeargle survive a hit, it won't guarantee that it survives another hit, so the Smeargle can only get 1 or 2 hazards down, depending on the opposing Pokemon's speed and Smeargle's evasion. You're probably better off using some sort of Wall Pokemon.

I do agree, though, with Smeargle's ability to copy any move in the game. That can be a pretty useful tactic, if played right. And I also agree with PlatinumDude, that Smeargle wouldn't make a very good offense.

Keep in mind that Smeargle is going to get KOed easily. While the focus sash helps mitigate this from 1 hit to 2 hits, his ultimate goal is to get up Stealth Rock immediately. If you do feel risky or confident that you out speed your opponents lead you can go for Spore on their guy and proceed to set up essentially anything you want.

Anyway off of Smeargle, i feel that Scizor is an excellent choice for a rain team should you stick to that.

For a Scizor i'd would go with:

    @ life orb/ Leftovers/ Scizorite
    252 HP/ 252 Attk/ 4 Sp.def
    Bullet Punch
    U-turn
    Pursuit
    Brick Break

Bullet Punch is obvious on any Scizor. U turn is for scouting and pursuit is to hit them when they switch. Brick Break is for coverage.

This set is better off using Choice Band with 248 HP/252 Atk/8 SDef. Life Orb and Leftovers are better suited for offensive Swords Dance. Scizorite should be used for bulky Swords Dance.
