Well, I'm planning on getting into the competitive scene, and I want a good team to fight with. Here it is:
Greninja @ Expert Belt/Wise Glasses
Modest
Protean
252 Sp. Att/252 Spd/6 HP
-Surf
-Dark Pulse
-Ice Beam//Hidden Power Dragon
-Spikes
Greninja is on the team because the boost from Protean can wreck teams. It has Spikes incase of Electric types switching in, and if possible, would have Hidden Power Dragon (could someone tell me the IVs needed for Hidden Power Dragon?) to negate Grass type attacks.
Goodra @ Assault Vest
Calm
Gooey
252 HP/252 Sp. Att/6 Def
-Draco Meteor
-Sludge Wave/Sludge Bomb
-Thunderbolt/Flamethrower/Muddy Water
-Focus Blast/Fire Blast
Goodra's there to wreak havoc and soak them Special Attacks. It's both a sweeper and a tank! It just has so many moves it's hard to choose which ones to use. Any help?
Scizor @ Scizorite
Adamant
Technician
252 HP/ 40 Atk/216 Sp. Def.
-Roost/Defog
-Swords Dance/U-Turn/Defog
-Bullet Punch
-Knock-Off
Scizorite is another bulky sweeper. I'm considering dropping Swords Dance for another move like U-Turn or Defog, as I need something to remove entry hazards. I'm not sure about what mega to use, but I really like Scizor, so it'll be on my team for now.
Talonflame @ Life Orb
Adamant
Gale Wings
124 HP /252 Atk/132 Spe
-Roost
-Flare Blitz
-Brave Bird
-Steel Wing
Pretty straightforward. Gale Wings is a great ability and with access to Roost, Talonflame can heal away all Life Orb and Recoil Damage, which'll be quite handy.
Klefki @ Light Clay
Bold
Prankster
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
-Reflect
-Light Screen
-Thunder Wave
-Foul Play
Klefki would be my Dual Screens, Lead, and Crippler. It don't take nothing from Mega Kangaskahn and can defend other team mates and keep them in the field longer.
Trevenant @ Sitrus Berry
Careful
Harvest
120 Def / 252 HP / 132 Spe
Impish
-Leech Seed
-Protect
-Will-o-Wisp
-Shadow Claw/Horn Leech
Trevenant is there to stall and cripple physical attackers. Leech Seed + Will-o-Wisp will slowly whittle a target down. Plus, Leech Seed switches in, so the benefits can be spread.
Well, that's my team. Any changes I should make before I start?
