Your team really isn't made for battling:
- it has 2-turn moves
- some pokemon have 2 (4!!!) moves of the same type
- 4 Fire Pokemon. You're going to be very weak to water, ground, and rock attacks. You want a balanced team.
- The attacks Seismic Toss and Night Shade do damage equal to the user's level. Seismic Toss is wasted on Charizard; it has good Attack/Special Attack power and will do more damage with other moves. Seismic Toss is more useful on a 'wall' pokemon like Blissey.

Beyond the excessive mass of overlap, the team lacks planning and balance. Consider diversifying your type usage, and offensive/defensive Pok?mon balance. Even IG, it doesn't hurt to have a tank/wall or two.
