Whats the point of having 2 of the same type move. Replace frenzy plant for something unless you have maximized its defence and sp.defence.

Replace blizzard for something ,blizzard is to inacurate.

Changes in bold, its not a really solid team

Gee guys, you are really fussy about bug type pokemon. You may notice that they are usually strong against the dark and psychic types. And they're not many types out there with that ability.

most Psychics and Darks overpower them, due to thier low stats.

Heracross, however, is awesome. use as you please, at is the best of both of its types.

Pinsir is also awesome in UU and forry is a decent physical tank. I like Bug types along with dark types because they're a challenge to make work sometimes. But bug types can actually be good depending on how you use them. Like when I took out this one guy's Fire/Flying a team (a decent one i might say) with my mono-bug team. But yes, the low stats and the great variety of weaknesses do hurt, but for some of them, their abilities can make up for it.

Heracross, Armaldo, Ninjask, Shedinja, Pinsir, and Forretress are the only good bugs.

don't mention suckle. it doesn't do **** that gets winning done.

Methinks Sheddy and Jask suck, although they have their uses, so i guess they fall into the "good" category. If your making a mono-bug team, Venomoth and Butterfree are kinda good. I maxed special defense on Moth and it was able to take a STABed Flamethrower and activate salac,, in which case i used Sleep Powder. Then I attacked With PSyhic and used Giga Drain to restore some health. I had mainly used it to stop that hax i kept getting on the switch by using that loverly Shield Dust.

Oh yea, Scizor's also a candidate, switching on and off at times.

Bug pokemon can be very powerful if you know how to use them. Their stats aren't weak, not in my opinion that is. Butterfree's stats for instance. Sure, it's physical stats are weak, but its special stats are pretty good, making it a good pokemon to use against psychic or dark types. In fact, I have defeated the Pokemon League with only one Butterfree at level 100 before, it was actually pretty easy. Also the fact that I have been using bug type pokemon everytime I play the game, for a long time gives me experience in their case.

you can beat the pokemon league with a level 100 caterpie.

BTW, Heracross is one of my favorite pokemon. you wouldn't imagine how much *** it kicks O_O

Ingame is a different experience than netbattle, in netbattle people actually think and have a strategy, unlike ingame where they have useless moves like fury cutter.

I agree, but Bug types are kind of iffy. They have their strong areas and their weak.
