This is a lot like the last team I posted with a few modifications I haven't even battled in a LONG time, I'm probably really rusty. Now onto the rate, you guys know the drill.

Not using a Fire attack because I can live with one layer of Spikes.

Pretty cool Special wall imo.

I would use about 136 Speed EVs to outspeed Heracross and Zapdos of that range.

Zapdos does what to Regice? PLus I can switch Cune into Meta that is the reason he is on this team.

With one DD I outspeed everything I need to outspeed, except Ninjassk and I'm not afraid of him.

A lot of people run Max HP I was thinking about maxing it but meh. I might 305 is working now. I'll try it later.

140 Speed EVs I think. I just use 252/252 Atk/Def, but Meta with Speed works too.

I use that 192 speed for some awesome reason that has escaped me atm...as I am tired. I used that spread which is how you got it. My spread is working well atm.
