Never have two of the same type move....(That should be a rule in the stickeys section imo). No rain dance needed since u have Kyogre. This guy is useless here cause Kyogre does the same thing. You need a blissey/Snorlax/Regice so replace him with one of them. They are needed to take special hits for the team.

I think i recommended rock slide too much. Has trouble with taking hits... Put in a special wall like i said and u might wanna put a suicune or a physical wall in. (Suicune because physical walls tend to suck in ubers and thats what your team is)

I've gone through at least 5 threads so far and all ur comments have been pointless and unhelpful.

I'd stick with standard choiceband ray...Its quite difficult for him to set up in the UBER environment...especially with his typing.

Regice, ubers style. Boltbeaming plus Psych Up to get Calm Mind off your opponent. Ho-oh gives you trouble, especially if Thunder misses.

As for your friends team, thepokemonfan, here are some suggestions: (in bold]

Here is where you need to choose between Groudon and Kyogre. DO NOT have them both on your team. Instead, build your team around one or the other. If you choose Groudon, DO NOT give it Solarbeam. Instead, add a tankish Grass-type (Venusaur, Ludicolo, or even Vileplume jump to mind). Vileplume has Chlorophyll, which increases its Speed when Drought/Sunny Day is in effect. It also learns Synthesis which recovers 2/3 HP when Drought/SD is in effect too. If you choose Kyogre, either stick with Venusaur/Ludicolo or get a speedy special sweeper like Gengar that learns Giga Drain. Ludicolo would be nice since, like Vileplume, its Swift Swim increases its Speed.

Thankfully, it has Rain Dish instead of Swift Swim. Ludicolo's main weakness is Flying moves. Your CB Rayquaza with Aerial Ace will handle it quite easily.

Hopefully it isn't Thunderbolt/Thunder. If it isn't, use your own Kyogre (which better have Thunder on it by now) and, if it is, you can use Ludicolo. If you chose Groudon instead, Venusaur/Vileplume should be able to bring it down. Kyogre with Calm Mind AND Thunder is tough to beat. Remember that.

That is a horrible moveset for Rayquaza, which you should know by now. Hopefully it has the latter move and not the former. Regardless, Ice Beam should be used. You can also use Rock moves to do SE damage.

Groudon doesn't need Thunder. EVER. Just play against their weaknesses and add Regice/Blissey/Snorlax to wall their special attacks and you will win rather effortlessly.

Lets see first problem i see is too many SWEEPERS. THE ONLY REASON YOUR LOSING TO YOUR FRIEND'S KYOGRE IS THAT YOU HAVE TOO MANY SWEEPERS! all you need is a nice tank like snorlax or blissy to take out her kyorge. i dont recommend groudon having solar beam. A good moveset for groudon would be slash/fireblast/earthquake/swordsdance. Thunder wont help since kyorge is probablly faster than your groudon anyways. I recommend taking rayquaza out completely (sorry). swampert needs curse and you need a baton passer in your team

i agree a snorlax can take down their whole team with a good batton passer on your team. for example my team uses ninjask with swordsdance substitue and batton pass. Dont forget that batton pass passes on ninjask's speed boosts. so basically you batton pass after upping attack and your snorlax should be more of a sweeper than a tank!
