OK, for Blaziken get rid of HM 1 Cut for mm..maybe Flamethrower? And I wouldnt give Rayquaza 2 HM moves as they are not the best.

May torchic, don't give a Pokemon two attacking moves of the same type. Don't use any HM moves on your main Pokemon except for Surf. All the other HM moves are bad.
