    not bad at all, I would take Mike's suggestions for movesets, they're all confirmed standards by now..

    But is it for competetive play? I mean.. It has a bit too many ubers.. XD
     
    Yeah I'm so annoyed because my friend like always beats me on Battle Revolution when we link DS's to the Wii. He uses Kyogre, Absol, and Palkia
     
    I noticed Mike named one of the moves for Raikou Filler I looked it up and I couldn't find that move.

    Filler isn't a move, he's telling you to get a move to fill in that empty slot.
     
    im thinking about replacing my raikou with an electavire but first im gonna need the electrizer to transform my electabuz
     
    if you want to battle in pbr wi fi random battles with a team like, well you can't legenderies are banned from there you must chose a non upper team soo electvire is a good start

    I agree with Lord Mike. But, what i think u should do is,level up a lot, and teach ur pkmn moves, so that they can take on as many types as possible, and utilize thier stats the in the best possible way.:15:
     
    Oh, in Filler, you can use Extrasensory or Shadow Ball.
     
    HP Grass is the common filler for Raikou. Beats up ground types like swampert and is often faster.
