Rapid Spin is just for the enemies Spikes. Also, I use mine to set up Stealth Rock. However you want it, put some EV's in HP.

7/10 i would rate. teach metagross earthquake over hammer arm or magnet rise and make it hold a choice scalf.

Magnet Rise and Choice Scarf? You make me laugh. The poor thing would be using Magnet Rise with no affect until it got switched out or killed.

if you had read properly, i said get rid of magnet rise for earthquake. and hammer arm for meteor mash. & choice scalf to make up for its lax speed stat.

Uh... roar isnt good on him because it always makes him go last. So no i wouldnt recommend that
