5/5 It's has a good couple attacks strategically(Like I used an Attract, Sing, Tail Whip thing to weaken Norman's Slaking for Combuskin), and a good amount of attacks, but I don't know why you have a wurple

Wuwu! I love Wuwu! I remeber my first time in the Pkmn league... Wuwu was level 2 and Stevens Metagross was Cursed, but it killed my Blaziken. Then my last pokemon was Wuwu. Metagross missed the Meteor Mash and I attacked it with tackle... and it fainted by the curse! Wuwu is the best!

You might want more Special Attacks, but you still need some Physical ones too.

Absol has no defense to stall, and certainly not going to last enough for toxic/DT to be semi-effective. You'll hope to go all out attack, or swords dance once then attack if you think that you can survive one hit (and that alone is rare in itself). Never use slash as return is ALWAYS better in whatever way you look at it.

Togetic(risky)- [ def/sp.def+ / atk -] @ brightpowder [Hustle]
EV: Hp and def/sp.def?

-seismic toss

Risk on double team, hustle and brightpowder to provide you defenses. Use attract to help get some time. Toxic to attack, and seismic toss to make matters worst. And of course, salamence, gengar and sub users will screw it over too easily.

Shedinja- [atk + / def -] @ lum berry
EV: Atk and Speed
-shadowball
-protect
-aerial ace
-silver wind

Protect is a must to block a super effective attack (and you can switch away then next turn.) Shedinja really can't stall as it's all or nothing, and there's too much toxic users out there. Attack while you can. Focus band's 10% is too risky, unless you want to use Shedinja against Salamence or something XD

Ledian- [sp.def + / atk -] @ leftovers/lum berry
EV: Sp.def, Speed and hp
-light screen
-baton pass
-swords dance
-agility

A weaker version of Ninjask... x_x; can't attack at all due to poor stats, and doesn't have speed boost to help baton pass too... blah

Okay...I'm not even gonna say it. I'll leave that to Frosty, he's more fitted for that job than I am. Wonder if his Groudon has Solarbeam on it...

*hears solarbeam and Groudon in the same sentnece* Now's the time to grab on to the closest human being, borrow a shoulder, and cry... Solarbeaming Groudon DOES work as it can be pulled off, but you better have a good reason to it... and a moveset of "solarbeam, eruption and/or fire blast, possibly earthquake and slash" is not a good reason. That's just randomly throwing moves together.

A team of all legendaries are not a good impression to your opponents... and level never matters within the realm of Pokemon Strategy forum ^_^; We always expect to see your dream team, not the team in training.
