    Half of your team is dead from EQ. You might want to fix that because a lot of people use EQ (*cough* Everybody *cough*). You also have no real walls to speak of, so you may want to put in two of those.
     
    Many flaws.

    Spelling is one thing.

    Magmortar or any other pokemon should never learn Psychic, too many pokemon resist it.

    There is no point for Fire Punch on Electivire since IcePunch already takes care of Grass and Ground Types.

    Many more...
     
    You also have about 500 fire, ice, and electric moves. Talk about overkill...Replace some with walls who can resist EQ and other common assaults.
