    Okay, my suggestions in bold

currently i'm planning on switching the electivire for a tangrowth, help would be much appreciated.

    electivire @ leftovers
    adamant/Jolly
    252 attack 252 speed 4 hp
    brick break/Cross Chop
    ice punch
    thunder punch
    earthquake

Cross Chop would be better... only purpose, really, is taking out Blissey, and the occasional Snorlax. Jolly nature is to outrun things like Adamant Garchomp. Jolly Chomp outruns you either way, though.

    milotic @ leftovers
    Bold
    84 HP, 252 Def, 12 Speedd, 106 SAtk, 56 SDef
    surf
    ice beam
    mirror coat/Hypnosis
    recover

The EV spread is slightly all over the place, but with it she makes a great Dragon counter, capable of killing a Garchomp, as long as he hasn't Swords Danced. She also massacres Dragon Dance Salamence. I prefer Hypnosis over Mirror Coat, but that could work also. Basic rule of thumb is to hit Milotic with physical attacks, though.

    garchomp @ Life Orb
    adamant/Jolly(1)/Hasty(2)
    252 attack 252 speed 4 def
    Fire Fang(1)/Fire Blast(2)
    earthquake
    Swords Dance
    dragon claw

Garchomp without Swords Dance is far less scary. However, Skarmory walls him either way, if he's Adamant or Jolly. So, Samson tells me many people are running Hasty natures (+Speed, -Defense) to get the most out of Fire Blast, which usually 2KOs Skarmory. Brick Break isn't needed, as after one Swords Dance, Earthquake OHKOs Blissey. Personally, I would run a Jolly nature, if just to outrun Jolly Electivire. haha, but that's up to you!

    espeon @ Leftovers?
    Timid
    252 sp. atk 252 speed 4 hp
    physcic
    calm mind
    grass knot?
    shadow ball

There's an obvious Steel weakness here... all moves are resisted by Steel Pokemon. If you could get HP Fire, that would be amazing, just replace Grass Knot with it. If you can't, I'd suggest like Morning Sun

togekiss @ leftovers (my favorite =D)
not sure of nature Me neither...
252 sp. atk 252 sp. def 4 hp Couldn't help you. lol
    air slash
    flame thrower/Thunder Wave
    aura sphere
    roost

Thunder Wave Togekiss is so, so, so very annoying. Flamethrower works, as proved against me, but Thunder Wave would help Metagross out so much. Besides that, I'm not really a Togekiss expert, so I'm not too sure...

    metagross @ Choice Band
    adamant
    252 HP, 252 Attack, 4 Defense
    meteor mash
    bullet punch
    explosion
    earthquake

This set makes a perfect Choice Band set. Choice Band Metagross was once considered one of the biggest monsters in the metagame. Now that stupid Nintendo made a Pokemon like Garchomp have Swords Dance, Metagross comes in second. But a CBgross can cause some serious damage, and with Thunder Wave support from Togekiss, it'll be able to outrun people with ease. Bullet Punch also works for picking off weaker Pokemon, but CBgross generally doesn't last long enough to see the end of the battle. Basically, what you do is wreck utter havoc until he HP is down, and then use Explosion for a final OHKO. Explosion from CBgross is so powerful, it almost OHKOs Skarmory. So we're talking about a guaranteed OHKO on anything that doesn't resist it. However, any Choice item takes A LOT of prediction to use well.

    thanks all.

I can add almost any pokemon/remove any please suggest.

Not a bad setup, but it's a bit heavy on the physical attackers. Skarmory could have a field day. Also, while Togekiss can work as a Special Wall, you have no physical wall, only Metagross, who's more of a mock-physical wall. Any physical wall that can be hit by Earthquake for super effective damage has not done his job well.

Ever considered Forretress? Not only can he learn Spikes and Rapid Spin, but he also learns Explosion. Not a bad choice, with his only real weakness being Fire (he takes mediocre damage from Earthquake, with his Steel/Bug typing).

Forretress can also learn Light Screen for general support.

No offense, but I'm not really liking that Milotic's EV spread...what are the SDef EVs for? Milotic takes physical hits better with 148 HP / 240 Def / and the rest can go in SAtk. If you want, you could run some Speed to get Milotic a point about Tyranitar who are just fast enough to outrun Suicune, by personally don't think it's worth it.

I didn't personally EV train my milotic, i'm not very good at actually counting out the random EV spreads...

anyways i'll try and fix up as well as I can, still trying to see what a tangrowth can get me.

please people I really need a tangrowth's EV spread and moveset.

why train defence instead of sp. defence though. wouldn't he be weak to things like flamethrower?

good point, can you comment on the team as a whole though, and who should I switch out for tangrowth.

why train defence instead of sp. defence though. wouldn't he be weak to things like flamethrower?

Even if Flamethrower is a widely used move, you should still NEVER train sp. def for Tangrowth, its 50 -_-

okay I understand now, but i'd still like somebody to rate the rest of my team (richard did a good job, just need more people's ideas)

Good team. Its a somewhat creative way to use OUs and BLs (not sure, haven't checked tier list ina while)Just..beware of steel types. You CAN counter them but thats no good if the pokemon to counter them is taken out. Thats why my team is chock full of skarmbliss counters :/

    not Togekiss

    Togekiss@Kings Rock/Leftovers
    Trait: Serene Grace
    Nature: modest/Timid
    EVs: 252 SP. ATK/ 252 SPEED/ 4 HP

    Air Slash
    Thunder Wave
    Roost
    Aura Sphere

    Para-flinching(again)

yah my togekiss has decent speed AND decend sp. def AND awesome sp. atk, i'm not changing him, sorry.

togekiss: 329 sp. atk 330 sp. def 289 speed. better speed then adamant garchomps, but less speed then waviles, i'll take the risk.
