Your Weavile set is pretty standard, except 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd is the way to go.

Muk isn't that good, but whatever. Use a Careful Nature with Black Sludge or Leftovers.

Umbreon needs work.

Wish is better than Moonlight. It has more PP, it isn't screwed by Sandstorm, and it can heal other members of your team.

Confuse Ray is a pretty useless move in general. In fact, confusion is the least effective of any status effect out there.

Don't use Hidden Power if you don't know its exact type and power. This can only be found out if you know your Pokemon's IVs.
