Swampert is basically a physical attacker rather than a special one (and defensive), and using accuracy lowering attacks and a normal STAB w/o any physical boost doesn't really do much (mainly because lowering accuracy means a chance of the attacks missing and not definite :x), sooo for attacker you'll do a lot better w/ this:

    Swampert@Choice Band
    Torrent
    172 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spe
    Adamant
    - Waterfall / Aqua Tail
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Punch / Stone Edge
    - Superpower

Since it'll allow you to hit hard with your main physical STABs, and cover things that your STABs can't with the other two.

For Salamence, having Dragon Pulse doesn't really help because you've already got Dragon Claw & Dragon Tail which are physical, aka what Mence specialises in, while having no investment in sPA confuses me. :x If you want a sweeper, go for this set:

    Salamence@Life Orb / Leftovers
    Intimidate
    252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
    Naive / Naughty
    - Dragon Dance
    - Outrage / Dragon Claw
    - Earthquake
    - Fire Blast / Roost

Since with that it can perform its sweeper role rather than just somewhat phaze the opponent. OR go with...

    Salamence@Life Orb
    Intimidate
    116 Atk / 216 SpA / 176 Spe
    Naive / Rash
    - Draco Meteor
    - Fire Blast
    - Brick Break / Earthquake
    - Roost / Outrage

Either enable it to perform the sweeper role, depending on which you prefer.

Reuniclus mostly needs since it doesn't incur any damage from hazards etc as well as LO, so really for that extra boost in power w/o fear, you need that. :x As for coverage, you're weak to pretty much every dark type and ghosts, so focus blast is necessary and/or shadow ball. Also, lowering opponent's attack etc won't work because you want to boost your own stats, rather than lower the opponent's, because they can just switch out. Plus for Reuniclus, Recover is a much more reliable move for recovery. There's also the fact that opponents could easily Taunt you, due to its terrible speed.

However, if you do wish to affect stats & recover, this set is much more suited:

    Reuniclus@Life Orb / Leftovers
    Magic Guard
    252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
    Bold
    - Calm Mind
    - Recover
    - Psychic / Psyshock
    - Focus Blast

This will allow you to recover and attack and boost your own stats rather than play with the opponents, as well as give you coverage.

For Mienshao, Aura Sphere doesn't really do anything (plus it's special and you'd gain more power from HJK), so considering you plan to make use of Fake Out, you're better off with this set:

    Meinshao@Life Orb
    Regenerator
    252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
    Naive
    - Hi Jump Kick
    - U-turn
    - Hidden Power Ice
    - Fake Out

Regeneration will allow you to recover as you switch out, which you'll be doing often, thanks to U-turn generally after Fake Out in most cases, while the other attacks are for coverage with things you'd otherwise struggle with aka dragons and your STAB, HJK.

On Scizor, I hope you meant to say Bug Bite & not Bug Buzz, because Bug Buzz is special, and with a Choice Band + Technician, Bug Bite performs muuuch better.

    Good luck either way!

I prefer earth power to super power because it gets STAB, is there any reason the use superpower instead?

    EVs: 68 HP / 252 Atk / 192 Spd
    Naughty
    - U-turn
    - Bullet Punch
    - Bug Bite
    - Pursuit

Is this better? Thanks for the help.

Also should I choice band spam Bug Bite instead of bullet punch, because it has 45 more power than bullet punch, and this being VGC 20 pp should be more than enough.

Also why fire blast? His attack is so much better than sp atk.

But it gets STAB from Earthquake, anyway. Earth Power is a special attack and doesn't benefit Swampert in any way while you've got Earthquake. If you switch Swampert in on a Choice Band, using Earth Power has no point because it doesn't get any boost. :x Superpower, however, is both physical & can provide good coverage.

Aaand Fire Blast because you'll likely end up facing steel types, in which your dragon STABs can't do anything to (aka why they send in steels), while Fire Blast has just enough power to destroy those steels.

Also remember that Bullet Punch has priority, and a lot of the time it's necessary to use. You could always stick Brick Break or Superpower in the place of Bug Bite 'cause you have U-turn anyway (aka bug STAB and allowing you to switch!) in order to take on Magnezone and other steels you can't face otherwise.

Swampert is my lead, and physical sweeper. It is paired with Salamence so it can us earthquake without team damage. Swampert will mainly use waterfall.

    Salamence@Life Orb
    Intimidate
    252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
    Naughty
    - Dragon Dance
    - Dragon Claw
    - Earthquake
    - Fire Blast

Salamence is another physical sweeper. It will mainly use Dragon claw, which with STAB has 120 BP,

    Reuniclus@Life Orb
    Magic Guard
    252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
    Bold
    - Calm Mind
    - Recover
    - Psychic
    - Focus Blast

Reuniclus is a Special Sweeper, Magic Guard allows him to ignore Spikes/Weather, And Psychic with STAB has 135 BP.

    Meinshao@Life Orb
    Regenerator
    252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
    Naive
    - Hi Jump Kick
    - U-turn
    - Hidden Power Ice
    - Fake Out

Mienshao is as Physical sweeper, it will use U-turn to attack, and regenerator will let it regain hp every time I use u-turn.

    Skarmory @ Leftovers
    Ablity: Sturdy
    Evs: 252 HP / 96 Atk / 140 Def / 20 Spd
    Impish
    - Spikes
    - Drill Peck
    - Whirlwind
    - Roost

Skarmory is my Spiker/Physical Wall, it also has whirlwind to escape from magnet pull.

    Scizor @ Choice Band
    Ability: Technician
    EVs: 68 HP / 252 Atk / 192 Spd
    Naughty
    - U-turn
    - Bullet Punch
    - Superpower
    - Pursuit

Scizor is a physical sweeper, it will mainly use Bullet Punch.

How 'bout this, I cant see any obvious flaws.

Also what about switching skarmory for

    Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
    Iron Barbs
    252 HP / 88 Def / 168 Sp Def
    Relaxed
    - Leech Seed
    - Stealth Rock
    - Thunder Wave
    - Power Whip

    or this

    Tyranitar @ Leftovers
    Sand Stream
    252 HP / 64 Sp Atk / 192 Sp Def
    Sassy
    - Stealth Rock
    - Crunch
    - Flamethrower
    - Ice Beam

and do legendary pokemon have much better stats? Is it worth it to use them?

Also since in my pokemon online test runs Mienshao normally faints fast, should I switch it for

    Thundurus @ Leftovers
    Prankster
    4 HP / 252 Sp Atk / 252 Spe
    - Thunderbolt
    - Hidden Power Ice
    - Thunder Wave
    - Substitute
