*gasps* Piiiiiiichu~ Very cute, but the black border sort of spoils it xDDD But ohtherwise would have been full marks;; 9/10

hehehe, nice moment and I like the effect, kinda makes it look like watercolors or ink on wet paper o!o 9/10
 
I know it is~! XD Anyway, 7/10. The pic is nice, but there should be more in the background. It looks like it came strait from the banner. (Not to be rude or anything)
 
oh man I thought Dialga would draw more than a 4 on looks alone! LOL

anyways on to the ranting....i mean rating, i give it an 8/10 pretty cool avatar

Eh, it's not very impressive, too simple and I can see those little pixel dots you get when you save it in JPEG file.
 
ok so I worked on a new avatar in my attempt to make it look not so simple, lol

and Chaos you get a 9/10 for the animated gif!

From what I see, this is a JPG. It's a cool picture, but I dislike JPGs - they destroy the quality. So you get 6/10 from me.
