I don't know what your avatar is but it has flowers and butterflies and hearts and a strange blue smiling creature so I LIKE IT.

Art is good, quality is good, colors are simple yet cohesive and effective. Its not 10/10 because the overall "dark" feel of the avatar doesn't mix well with some of the PC Forum Styles(ya know the backgrounds). Its kind of off putting when one clashes with an avatar.
 
The art is flawless, the stock's edit with the symbol being brighter is nice. The only problem I see is that the dragon's face is darkened. If his face could be seen in a brighter light I would of rated higher. However, it's very nice. 7outta10.
 
Dislike non-square ones. Image itself doesn't appeal either. Placement could've been better, too.

It doesn't look HQ to me. And the symbol would be much better off without a background, imo. Not very interesting to me, tbh. I do understand that it's the symbol of your university, yeah, but it could've had better quality and transparent background.
