well yours is very Polished Machine-like, I've used that wallpaper before, but its a good one nonetheless. your Icons take up a third of your screen, thus reducing the ammount of picture being seen. I like the tabbed dock on the top, I'm guessing a KKMenu thing for the window below?.
overall I'd give it a 8.5/10
