I love it. It sounds ancient, you hear the inspiration from traditional Chinese music, but it also sounds experimental and fits these unique legendary pokemon.

How about Cynthia's encounter music?

Ultra beast battle theme?

It's really good. I didn't think it was possible to compete with the original battle theme, but it does.

6/10 - it does capture that 'alien'/strange vibe, but I'm not very fond of it.

7.5 Solid! It is fast-paced, sounds like we're ready for some action, and I like the xylophone bits.


Team Skull Guzma battle theme?

6/10 - not a fan of it, but it's okay I guess.

The music for the Pecharunt battle ?

8/10 - I like the mysterious vibe with Japanese accents that it gives off. Very fitting for an encounter with a mysterious new Pokemon.

HeartGold/SoulSilver Red/Champion theme?

Not bad! I kinda like the part when the tempo starts to speed up, and it sounds like a pianist is suddenly going up the scales. Gives the music a panicked vibe that fits seeing a giant out of control pokemon.

How about the BW2 title screen music?
