(MU, thanks! The other was just a fill in until I got that one finished, it took me forever, I should totally leave that stuff up to the pros. XD)
Mudkip - 9/10 ~ it all goes together quite well. The foreground and background add a nice touch to the character! I also like the left side, it all comes together nicely
MU - 9/10 ~ I like it when sigs don't look all shiny and glossy, and like a professional anime artist did it. YAYNESS!

It's rain that you see, and it's a noise filter that was motion blurred. XD
Well, I just think it looks better on the right than in the middle.
The banner looks good, no question.. just the placement of the text is bothering me a bit...

I like the texture it's really cool, and I like the effect of the laser sword. Very nice.
