Ah its just simple text in an image but nice words so yeah 8/10

Mitch -- It's a nice image but not that appealing after a while. 6.10

Wolf -- It'd look better with the theme credit without the title tags. Not enough words. 7.10

Seriously, are people using a really sucky browser or something, because, there IS an image there. Either that, or it's just not loading for you.

Anyway, yours is alright, but a bit too bright.
Also, the color of the CSS text blends in too much, and I can barely see it.

@.Pichu-kun: I loaded it in FireFox and Internet Explorer because you said there was an image, but it didn't load. =/

@Kishoku:That's....Original. XD The overal layout is very nice, it's well-organised. It's just that in the current theme I'm using, the light blue text is barely readable.
