nothing i can see wrong with it- a little low quality, but otherwise a good image.
A little text could brighten it up :)

And thank you to the stroppy person who left me a rep comment- i may not be an "expert" on how you should "properly" lay out a sig, but I still know what looks good.
As for the 5/10 i gave- it was simply to prove a point that he was being a little harsh with marking.
Also, the fact you left an anonymous comment proves just how much of a coward you are, so if you want to have a go- at least do it like a man.
