Its hard to judge sigs but yours is organized color oriented and simple but complex at the same time 10/10
 
I dont like it....3/10 for one, I dont like the transparent words at the bottom you can hardly read them
 
I like the theme of your banner and the anime girl looks really cute. Way to covered in pink (the girl, the PC family and even the snow flakes. O.o). So I give a fair judgment of 9/10.

Though the banner looks rather messy.I love the piccehs you used,and the color of the background.So romantic!^^

You could add more colors to the words if you wanted.
