SUPER BLASTOISE, I told you to read the rules a while ago.
You are supposed to rate the previous poster's Signature, as well as to add a small sentence about what is liked or disliked about that Signature. Additionally, you you're supposed to add why you gave that rating!
Also, this is no discussion thread, take things like that to PM or the Funtime DCC.

But because it is small and nicely colored, you'll get a 5/10 from me.
