I have to admit that there is absolutely no theme, which isn't always a bad thing. However, it is kinda boring so I am inclined to give it a 4.

What's up with the blue colours? They totally don't look good with the banner. The banner looks good, though. Just a little... unoriginal. Cloud themes are so cliché.

Your Signature is nice and organized.
The banner looks good with the used effects and the drawing is also pretty good.
However, it is over the Image height limit, so you might want to resize it. =P
