Anyway it is still really unorganised and all I can say which is good about it is the egg in it.

Ugh pink, and Sakura XP. I'm not a fan of Sakura but it's still a good signature. 8.5/10
 
A nice background with a good Itachi eye gif. Truly a well banner make 10/10
 
I've seen that banner before, I don't know where but I have. Anyway it's a nice banner and a nice shade of green. Plus Rock Lee ish awesome. 10/10
 
I like the Sakura banner. It was very well made too. The two bars you have are okay, but they get old after a while 9/10
 
I might have commented on your signature before, but whatever.

Nice signature. Cloud themes seem to be rather cliché though =\ The banner would look better with a border in my opinion.

I usually don't like dark themse, but black and white look so good together.
The picture is a bit plain in some places, but otherwise, it's good.

The banner is nice for it being an animation. However, you really didn't do much to it except make it animated and add text and border to it ;xx The text in your sig should be colorful as well to make it more appealing 8/10
 
It's supposed to be simple. Think of it as a T-card.

Your sig seems neat and organized. The red text might hurt the eyes of those who use a darker layout, though x_x
Surprisingly, the magenta in your banner goes quite well with the dark red and black. The black text is way too hard to read, though.

Your signature is well organized, but the banner seems a bit plain. There's a whole lot of blank space in the bottom left corner.

The text gives the look of being in the way somehow...might be how it makes your sig a lot bigger and that it's the standard font of PC. Use a smaller font and cut down on how much you say in your sig as well. It helps ^^
