The banner is kind of weird, I can exactly view the text. The Altaria really just looks like it was plopped onto a backround. Also, the text outside the banner, it doesn't match. Stick with colors that match the banner, mmkay?

Well then don't expect to have a good rating. Banners make or break a signature, and a lack of breaks it, unless you have some super-awesome signature, which you don't.
