Love your signature. The banner looks very nice, and the text in the banner is cool. And it is very organized with your links below the banner. 10/10

^ Nah, I didn't make them. XD I just cropped the image and resized it to a banner. I learned some CSS, and I made the background image(the black with the red border). I put the banner with the background image. And put the links below the banner with my background image.

I like your signature though. It is very unique. And it is well organized. And I love that Eeeve. XD 10/10
 
Something about the banner strikes me weird and I don't like the Eevee... it doesn't match. And the text could be organized better.

Well now it's better. I love the background in the CSS part. However, you should stretch it to the banner's width, as I already told you. And lower the height a bit too.

The picture didn't make any since until I read the text, then I got confused and stated to laugh for no apparent reason. So you get an 8 for making me laugh.

A signature with SSBB is a good signature. Though if you put a space between the two it would be better in my opinion. 7/10
 
It is just a bunch of hoppip stuff, not much matches. I guess i would give it a 6/10 for it's creativity xD

Your signature is breaking the signature rules (51 pixels too high, if I'm not wrong. The limit is 300 pixels of height and 500 of width). Remove the Rhyperior.

But the banner is pretty good, so...
