8/10; the icy effect looks fairly good, but the shadowed parts off to the side are a bit weird and it looks unfinished without a border.

Didn't I tell you that it looked crowded on the right side... ? *shot* Maybe move the symbol for the... Black Knights, wasn't it(?) down some as well? It looks odd with its glow slightly cut off at the top. Unfortunately, that would cut into CC's head. Hm...

Urghh, I dislike the dragons.
There's a lot of text, which is never pretty.
And if you find yourself using spoilers, just cut down how much you have in your sig? o.o'
It'd be better if you just had the comic strip, and then the dragons underneath or something. >_>

The large, dead banner is the biggest turn off, of course. That and... nyah, quiz result and link to it side-by-side doesn't make it look too clean; not that there's anything bad with a little mix up, but it just doesn't look too great, in my opinion, in this case.

The Dark blue font clashes with the background. I like the banner though. I could crit it, but it's not your own work. :P
