I've seen worse;

• The banner is too busy.
• It uses the font from the game 'Halo', refrain from using fonts that are known for specific things. (e.g. Films, Games etc.)
• The animation is crude.
• Don't like the gap between the eggs and the banner caused by the .gif
• Text colour goes with the banner, but is separated from it making it look as though it doesn't fit.
