Well, it's a good thing to know that you're trying to draw and make your themes on your own...but it's also important to see that they look good. It's pretty decent. I'm sure you can do better, though. ;]

I don't like your icons that much.. and me thinks that the text would be better centered.
But your avatar and signature match, and there's nothing wrong with that.

It's kind of nice, Kotowari. The signature could've been a bit better, though. Add some borders and change the text a bit, perhaps? :o

The animation in the avatar..is kind of sluggish, though. It irks me a bit. But w/e, it's still nice. :D

I like the theme, the characters fit well and the color isn't overly done. The CSS is nice as well.

Signature: The tag's nice. Though a little too bright for my tastes. And well, the trainer card isn't really necessary. Doesn't help in making it look better. Spoilers are a big 'no' if you want to make your signatures look cool. D;

Avatar: Well, it's a decent one, I suppose. :)

I'd give your overall theme an 8/10. Even though the image is nice and serene, I know you can do better than this. Your avatars are getting better. Perhaps using that stock for a tag or banner later?

Avatar looks really nice with the added effect, and the image in your signature and the css are nice too. However, I have this little quirk about me not liking white backgrounds in images anymore, so that brings it down a bit. :( /picky Pazu is picky.

But other than that, good job~

Icon themes are nice. I like 'em, as they usually matching by default. Thing I don't like about it is the text. Well, I like it, just not how it sticks out like that. Guess I'm OCD when it comes to little things like that. XD;
