Nice one… if the text were similar colours to avatar that'd be cool… just looks a little odd, the multicolour. Effects are nice a little busy on the left but still 8.10
Just need to a skin tone to her .o.

Zero and Yuki~ <3 Kind of too much space on Zero's right side, but it's definitely a very nice scan. I like the border inside the banner too, which is new to me. ;D The cropped avatar cuts off Yuki's face though... D:

xD; I have no idea what it is, but I like it. Heatran, you always have great CSS sigs without going over the top. The only thing I'd suggest is to maybe add a border, but that's up to you. :]
