8 The banner is little to slidy-ish-er

People and their CSS signatures, lol
 
I'm not totally fond of the banner, to be honest. The text looks a little out of place. However, your PC fam and shizz looks nice and organized on the side. :D 5/10

EDIT// clade was right, the CSS part is extending past the image. And I'm using FireFox~

And I was just about to go and explain colouring text. xP

Anyway~ the banner's lovely, I love the effects and image, the only thing that irks me is the text. Seems a little too plain to me.

It's beautiful. Hazuki's themes are always incredible. I like how you manage to keep it simple, as well.

Very colourful and beautifully matched. The text is nice although parts of it could be edited to suit the colour of the banner/avatar more.

My Signature is fixed now, so it actually makes my theme look better >D
 
Reminds me of Klippy's signatures.
It looks so complicated! 10/10 for effort :D
But...I really don't like the picture. It makes me nauseous. x_x
