I love Powereon and the Eevee revamp^^the charlie brown sprite is good,but the head is a bit big XD

Eevee revamp: 9.5/10

Powereon: 9.5/10

Charlie Brown: 8.5

The Eevee revamp looks very good, 9.7/10
Powereon has a very stiff pose, 8.6/10
The Charlie Brown sprite is disproportioned, 7.3/10

Powereon is from Mew's Hangout! Don't take credit for it as your own work! You should say where it came from. Here is the origonal for people to compair it to, also.

I do give you a 8/10 for the sprite of it though. You did very well with it, you just need to say some thing like:

Powereon is a fake pokemon from New's Hangout. I did however make this sprite of it.

That way people can't yell at you.

Powereon copywrited to Mews Hangout, used without permision as to make a point.

But, I don't believe I need permission to sprite Powereon. But if I were to say it was my fake then that'd be different.

The Pikachu banner doesn't belong in Pixel Art - as you only have one banner, you could post it in the Graphics & Photography lounge and see what people thought of it there.

No, you don't need permission to sprite it as far as I know. (I sprited it in my thread also, and didn't do nearly as good a job.) It's just without saying it's from Mew's Hangout, no one would know it's another persons idea, and that's what could get you in trouble. I wasn't flaming, just trying to keep you from getting into trouble. :)

As for your other two sprites:

Eevee revamp: 9/10 I like it, it looks done right. The only thing really off about it it the sprite looks abit off in the face, but that's the way the sprite looks in the game, no fault of yours.

Charly Brown: 6/10 One ear is shorter than the other, and there's too much dithering on his face. It is a little disproportioned, but over all good.

Jiratch PA: 7/10 Not bad at all, work on the outline though.

QUESTION: Did you do the Charly Brown and Powereon from scratch?

Ok, wow! Thanks for the comments! Um, LDD, no they are not from scratch. The powereon was made smaller, then completely redone. The charlie brown was made smaller too, but it had no color. So I colored it.

The jirachi needs some better outlines in the mouth and eyes, and softer outlines. 8/10 ;)

The banner should have better text. Maybe some more rendering to the background..
Jirachi looks good, but our left arm should have some dark shading under it.

Mew's Hangout isn't a forum site - he's giving credit, which is fine. He's not linking to another forum.

If you are allowed to sprite this person's creation, that's fine. The site appears to be down at the moment so I can't find out if permission has been granted, but since Lady Demoonica Darkmoon has said she has also sprited Powereon without any trouble, I am assuming for now that it is allowed. If I find out otherwise I shall ask for the sprite to be removed, but as you are not stealing another person's artwork and you are giving credit, I don't see any problem.

DarkClown, please read the rules carefully before reporting a post. This is the second time in two days that I have had an unnecessary report from you.

Jirachi-10/10 I think this is kind of your best!
