  • Well, here's another NetBattle team made of OUs:

    Ninjask (M) @ Choice Band
    Trait: Speed Boost
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Aerial Ace
    - Hidden Power [Ground]
    - Shadow Ball
    - Silver Wind

Heh, I haven't seen any CB Ninjasks yet, so I made one. It might seem 'lol', but it's actually not. HP Ground OHKOs Jolteon and does a ~80% damage to Raikou. Shadow Ball is for Gengars mainly, since Aerial Ace doesn't OHKO them. Aerial Ace and Silver Wind aren't that great, but at least they get STAB. Obiviously Skarmory, Zapdos, Suicune, Weezing, Dusclops, Aerodactyl and a few others can freely switch on this set, but his team mates will be able to take care of those. Hmm... most rock, ground, steel, flying and water types give him problems, but 90 base attack stat isn't that bad to OHKO quite a lot of things.
The surprize of this set is what allows him to pull this off I think, since no one expects a CBjask.

    Weezing (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 196 HP / 46 Atk / 220 Def / 16 Spd / 32 SAtk
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Fire Blast
    - Haze
    - Pain Split
    - Sludge Bomb

    Physical wall / Hazer

Fire Blast for Skarmory, since that really likes to switch in on this.

    Starmie @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Hydro Pump
    - Ice Beam
    - Rapid Spin
    - Thunderbolt

    Rapid Spinner / Special Sweeper

    Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Giga Drain
    - Ice Punch
    - Psychic
    - Taunt

Swampert counter. Psychic is for Weezings and Ice Punch is for mence, claydol, celebi, etc.
Metagross might stop this, but there's Duggy to counter him.

    Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 HP / 68 Atk / 190 SAtk
    Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
    - Crunch
    - Focus Punch
    - Substitute
    - Thunderbolt

boah. I like to put the remaining EVs in attack to be able to do more damage with FP.

    Dugtrio (M) @ Choice Band
    Trait: Arena Trap
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Aerial Ace
    - Earthquake
    - Hidden Power [Bug]
    - Rock Slide

    Metagross and Tyranitar counter.

Ok, what do I need to change? I thought about replacing Gengar with a special tank (Regice maybe?), but he seems to be quite useful for the team though.

I'm not sure but Gengar and Starmie don't need that much speed...

Otherwise I see an Aerodactl rape Its HP Fying is only resisted by
Tyranitar who could use more speed may I mention..
W-O-W might stop Aerodactl but I see its missing.

  • Weezing really has no problems stopping Aerodactyl, even without Will-O-Wisp. It's a ~4hko with Sludge Bomb iirc from last time I tried that. It might get KO-ed in 4 turns, but meh. There's Pain Split to survive longer.

Anyway, ok. I changed the EVs for boah and put those attack EVs into speed.

There. Why did you have hydro pump and fire blast instead of surf and flamethrower.

    may want recover

    Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sand Stream

  • Thanks for the suggestions. :)

Well, I tried W-O-W on Weezing, but Magneton with Substitute really makes that set a bit useless. :/

Heh, I gave Hydro Pump to Starmie to OHKO more things. I know that it hasn't got that much PP, but there aren't many pokemons with Pressure which I'd try to Hydro Pump anyway. It won't outrun of PP in only one battle I think. It doesn't really misses either. And it seems like Starmie doesn't really have enough time to recover. =/

McIceGar might be useful, but I already have a Subpuncher with T-bolt. Taunting the standard Blissey is fun. So is taunting Suicune which will kill Gengar anyway, but at least it won't be able to CM up in front of boah or starmie even if Taunt's effect only lasts 2 turns.
I might try Shadow Ball for him, but Ninjask OHKOs most psychics with Silver Wind anyway.

Well, thanks again for the rate!

    starmie needs 351 speed
gengar needs 330 or 340 speed
on CB jask I like to use HP: Fight

Psychic on gengar is meh, I'd use Ice Punch
    WoW or Hypnosis over Taunt

you don't need rapid spin on Starmie, use recover

    watch out for normal CB'ers

  • Ok, thanks for the advice.

    The speeds are fixed now.

Maybe HP Fighting would be good on Ninjask, but I haven't done the calculations yet if it would ohko stuff like Jolteon then. The other thing which I find useful about HP Ground is, that if Raikou has a sub up and maybe 6 CMs, I can send Ninjask in, sacrifice it while breaking the sub, and finally sending out Duggy to finish it. Similar strategy to the Aerodactyl-sacrifice - Duggy combination I think.

    I'd use Ice Punch
Well, it already has Ice Punch. :/
    WoW or Hypnosis over Taunt
I guess I'll put WoW on him then. Heh, I didn't think about that. Thanks!
you don't need rapid spin on Starmie, use recover
Hmm... you have some point there... if 3 pokemon resist spikes then I don't need rapid spin. Ok, changed it to recover then.
    watch out for normal CB'ers
Well, yeah. Tauros caused a few problems. =/

    Anyway, thanks again!

I'd like to announce to the world that Surf owns every water move there is. I'd also like to announce that ppl think Fire Blast < Flamethrower because of acc. Well 85% is better than the acc of Thunder and Hydro Pump and the like, so its actually a pretty good move. And as for the speed, Starmie can use it. I've seen many other guys of the same speed take down starmie because someone decided Starmie was fast enough without EVs.
