Take out Dive, that move has hardly any use at all. Put in Recover for the annoyance.

Surf and Ice Beam are a good combination, keep them.

Attract? You never need attract, replace it with Refresh.

Since we are using Recover, you don't need Leftovers, just attach Lax Insence.

You should use Bold nature to get its Defence as high as its Special Defence.



Now, you have the best Milotic. ^_^

-toxic/mirror coat

Toxic is quite useful on Milotic. Mirror coat isn't as usable especially if you're against a physical sweeper instead, but if it works, it is a lot better than toxic can ever be.

I would say keep the leftovers and ice beam. Take out surf and put it on another pokekmon.

attacks: ice beam, waterfall, water pulse (to confuse), recover.

and waterfall is the surf identical except it's 20 power weaker? O.o; plus Milotic does have confuse ray for use x_x;
