wow, your blaziken is very simular to my brothers breed form one! He has fire punch insted of thunder punch and earthquake insead of rock throw. Good pokemon, it is a murder in battle!

Anyways, Blaziken can't learn Rock Throw. You meant to say Rock SLIDE. Also, Blaziken is best with Swords Dance. It's meant to be a physical attacker and should be used as such. Adamant over Mild because the STAB in Fire attacks will make up for the loss in Sp. Atk. Also, a stronger Fire move is preferable. Either Fire Blast or Overheat.
